Beta testing an XML file is only required if you are a new vendor to the CARES platform or your product allows for customization in which each successive agency does not or cannot replicate the form fields and mapping of the previous pilot or test agency.

The Agency Name, First Responder/Hospital list with Import Value codes, and County coverage must be provided to CARES in order to set up the EMS agency account. CARES staff will then send credentials for file submission.
